At Mindshare, Mark ran the UK arm of Performance, the Sport & Entertainment division, helping global brands like Nike, Unilever, Ford, Playstation, Diesel and Motorola do ‘more than ads’. Across a 6yr period, he successfully grew Performance into a £ multi-million revenue division in UK, and launch into 15 global markets. Chief Strategy Officer & Founding Partner
Starting off in advertising as an Account Planner at Ammirati Puris Lintas, then Asia Pacific as Regional Planning Director for Ogilvy, where he spent 5 years in Hong Kong & Singapore developing and implementing Ogilvy’s “360-degree marketing”. Returning to London as Head of Strategy for Mindshare, he developed a new approach to Communications Planning across 20+ markets. Then, the big idea… an agency which created advertising content people actually wanted to watch, spend time with and share… Kameleon.
Partner & Exec Producer
Steve has produced feature films, broadcast TV and digital content for twenty years. He heads up Kameleon’s creative & production function, overseeing all of its output. Before Kameleon Steve was an Exec Producer making advertiser funded broadcast TV for clients including Nike, Smirnoff, Orange, Johnnie Walker, Sony and Volvo. Prior to that he was a filmmaker producing feature films such as “Birthday Girl” starring Nicole Kidman.
Hayley joined Kameleon having spent almost 10 years in consumer marketing at Sony and Samsung where she enjoyed a variety of roles in content, advertising, media, and partnerships. Hayley brings her client expertise to the team as well as overall campaign knowledge and insight.
Shakira started her career in PR before discovering a love for social media and content marketing. Hailing from South Africa where she worked at one of the country’s top advertising agencies, producing award winning work for global brands including New Balance, Johnnie Walker and Bell’s. Shakira brings an array of experience and skills to her role on the client service team.
Head of Production
Belinda has over 25 years’ experience in Media. She has worked in Digital, TV and Film providing content for clients such as M&S, British Airways, Samsung, O2, Thomas Pink, Rapha and Debenhams and delivering programmes for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky in addition to a variety of websites including YouTube and Vimeo.
Head of Planning
A brand strategist with over a decade of globally nurtured business acumen, Asad’s passion for storytelling has been honed by living and learning across three continents – Europe, America and Asia. Having worked on both sides of the client-agency coin helps him forge ideas that are audience-centric, creatively curious and commercially viable. His brand planning portfolio spans high-street favourites like UNIQLO and Swarovski to B2B behemoths like HP and Honeywell. Socially, he’s a fan of beautiful pictures and bold words.
New Business & Marketing Manager
Alexander comes to Kameleon with an interdisciplinary background in brand consulting, architecture and property development, working with brands across North America, Europe and the Middle East. Raised in the United States, Alexander developed a passion for storytelling while studying architecture and fine arts at the Rhode Island School of Design. Currently, Alexander manages and drives the new business and marketing function at Kameleon.
Jim is a holistic thinker with a blue sky imagination and spearheads creative innovation for a global audience at Kameleon. His can-do attitude for international brands such as Netflix, Microsoft, Disney, Universal and SKY has served him well. He has created and produced worldwide industry recognised campaigns for the BBC, Say Media, Born and Bauer media.
A copywriter with a passion for telling a good story, Ben is deeply interested in what makes people tick and finding the creative hook that sparks imaginations and keeps audiences entertained. With experience working in integrated, digital and experiential agencies in the UK and Finland, he has produced campaigns for global brands including Microsoft, SEAT, Stella Artois, and William Grant & Sons.
Rachel is a chartered accountant and maths enthusiast. She began her career in digital marketing working with global brands such as L’Oreal, BMW and Condé Nast, before the love of maths took over and she decided to pursue a career in accounting. Working at a large accountancy firm she looked after a portfolio of clients specialising in SMEs and the media sector. Rachel now heads up the Kameleon Finance team combining media knowledge from both agency and financial perspectives.
Head of Talent
Laura started her career at Bluehive working on the Ford of Europe account where she found a strong interest in production. The move to Kameleon allowed Laura to focus heavily on video content which quickly progressed into developing the talent department. Since then, Laura now not only books talent across multiple well-known brands but manages social talent in-house for successful brand partnerships.
